Fotosearch is my go-to image vendor. I don't need a lot of images, so their single-image pricing is very helpful. Their inventory is very extensive, too, and fits my needs very well.

Excellent. I left Fotolia (sadly) when they were taken over by Adobe. The only thing I miss from Fotolia is that when you glide the cursor over the image, it's enlarged. Can be annoying on large pages full of pix. Here, you have to open the image in a separate window, which takes a few seconds longer. Everything else great!
