When you purchase a license, you have the right to use an image in your advertisements, websites, presentations, etc. You can alter the image any way you like to fit in your design, and use it indefinitely for the one-time purchase price.

There are just a few restrictions that are not allowed; you can't resell or give away the image, use it in an official logo, use it on products, print it more than 1 million times, etc. The full list of restrictions is in the License Agreement.
