General Terms and Conditions
For the purpose of these terms and conditions "The Product" shall mean any photographic image, video or other visual representation delivered in any format.
The use of the Product in any format whatsoever indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement.
If you wish to use the Product in a manner not authorised by this agreement, please contact us.
You may use the Product in your personal, professional, editorial and client projects including printed materials, advertisements, packaging, presentations, film, video, commercials for television broadcast, on-line or multimedia projects, computer games and web designs.
The Product may not be used for an item that has the sale of that Product as its sole or primary object (for example a picture postcard, a poster, or a photographic collection) without prior resale approval. Please contact us for details.
The Product may not be placed on any on-line service offering images or video for viewing or downloading as an image or video library, re-sold, loaned, hired or 'given-away' through any method that would give the recipient the Product for commercial use.
The Product may not be used in an obscene, offensive, or litigious manner.
Specific Terms and Conditions
Video Use
The time coded VHS is supplied for non commercial viewing use and must not be included in any commercial product or presentation.
Video footage must be obtained from a tape of which the licensee is the legal owner, or from a video download from this website which the licensee has the lawful authority to perform.

Image Use
Images used on websites must be reduced to a maximum size of 320x200 at 24 bit colour depth, or 800x500 at 8 bit colour depth (256 colours).
Images used on websites must carry an on-screen credit of 'www.picture-gallery.com' being the source of the image on the same page as the image.
Images used in accordance with this agreement are free of all royalties, or any other supplementary charges.
Images must be obtained from an original CD-ROM of which the licensee is the legal owner, or from an image download from this website which the licensee has the lawful authority to perform.
Art Credits
Art credits are not obligatory, but if desired images may be credited as: Photographs Copyright © 2003 IMS Communications Ltd and give the Web address www.picture-gallery.com.
Copyright
IMS Communications Ltd retains the copyright in the image data and grants the user license to use the image data subject to this agreement.
Warranty
IMS Communications Ltd guarantees CD-ROMs against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. If the defective product is returned (with all elements) together with proof of purchase then it will be replaced. IMS Communications Ltd do not make any other warranties of any kind either express or implied as to the merchantability or fitness of the images or CD-ROMs for any purpose. IMS Communications Ltd make no warranties as to the type or quality of any image or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment.
Neither IMS Communications Ltd, nor any of their directors, officers, employees, partners, agents nor any other person shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England. No term is considered severable. Breach of this agreement will result in its termination.
Legal
Any images that are made available to download from this server (images) are the copyrighted work of IMS Communications Ltd or its suppliers. Use of the images is governed by the terms of the License Agreement (agreement). The images are made available for downloading solely for use according to the agreement. Use of images implies acceptance of the agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the images not in accordance with the agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
THE IMAGES ARE WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, IMS COMMUNICATIONS LTD HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE IMAGES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IMS COMMUNICATIONS LTD, IMS COMMUNICATIONS LTD AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENTS AND RELATED GRAPHICS PUBLISHED ON THIS SERVER FOR ANY PURPOSE.
ALL SUCH DOCUMENTS AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
